Tierra Flamenca Dance Studio is run by mother-daughter duo, Carlyn and Ché, who share a deep love and passion for Flamenco.
 
Tierra Flamenca offers Spanish Dance classes from beginners to advanced level, to people of all ages, shapes and sizes, from those who simply want to try something new to those who wish to pursue a career in dance. Our holistic, student-centred approach instills a love for dancing, develops strong technique and encourages self-discovery, self-expression and personal style. Together, these aim to promote the individual’s understanding of the four pillars of Flamenco, (baile/dance, cante/song, toque/guitar and palmas/rhythmic clapping and stamping) and the development of their own interpretation, culminating in artistic maturity.

We offer:

• Group Classes (if you have 5 or more interested, we will create a slot especially for you!)

• Private Classes (exam or open)

• Open Classes (no syllabus, focus on a combination of technique & choreography)

• Spanish Dance Society (SDS) Exam Syllabus Classes (from Preparacion de Ingreso to Advanced)

• Spanish Dance Society (SDS) teacher training (Instructor de Baile and Profesor de Baile)

• Lecture - demonstrations on Spanish Dance (schools, workplaces, themed events etc.)

• Professional performance at events (corporate, restaurants, themed events etc.)
